At Brand Miz Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver the best possible service experience to our clients. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below:
1. Project-Based Services
- Advance payments made for website development, branding, or design services are non-refundable once the project has started.
- In case of cancellation before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued (after deducting administrative and consultation costs), solely at our discretion.
- If work is already in progress, no refunds will be issued for the completed portion or for any third-party tools/plugins already purchased.
2. Monthly Retainer/Marketing Services
- Monthly subscriptions (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management) can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for the current/active billing cycle after the work has commenced.
3. Service Modifications or Delays
- If a project is delayed due to lack of input or response from the client, we are not liable to provide refunds.
- We are committed to resolving any concerns through revisions or support wherever possible.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
- In case of duplicate payments or failed transactions, please contact us within 7 working days. We will process the eligible refunds within 5–7 working days.
