2. Payment Terms
- Project-Based Work: Requires advance or milestone payments. A 50% advance is typically required before the start.
- Monthly Services: Subscription-based services are billed monthly in advance.
- Payment Methods: Online payments are accepted via Razorpay and other approved modes.
- Late Payments: Delays in payment may lead to project suspension or late fees.
- Taxes: GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian laws.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds for services already rendered.
- Cancellation: Must be requested in writing. Any refund (if applicable) is at our discretion and after deduction of work completed.
- Monthly Services: Can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds.
- Payment Errors: In case of duplicate charges, we will process refunds within 5–7 working days.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely information, approvals, and content required to complete services.
- Avoid sharing false, infringing, or harmful content.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login or project access credentials provided.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, content, and deliverables are the property of Brand Miz until full payment is received.
- Final ownership is transferred upon full payment unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
- Brand Miz reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Brand Miz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee specific results (like top Google rankings).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months for the disputed service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
